Audrey-Tautou

Audrey Justine Tautou has been a French actress since the mid 1990s. Her portrayal of an introverted waitress, Amelie won her many accolades and prizes. Tautou was frequently compared to Audrey Hepburn, due to her elegance, charismatic performance and talent. It was not an appropriate career option for the pretty dark-haired girl who hailed from a family with intellectuals. Her father worked as a dentist as well as her mother teaching. When she was in high school, she was bitten by the acting bug that eventually led her to pursue a career as a professional actor. She attended classes in acting at Cours Florent and shortly after, she was offered a role on TV movie production Coeur de cible. Venus Beauty Institute gave her an opportunity to produce her first feature film. The film was a huge success and she received a lot of praise because of it. She is a daring actress who is willing to play diverse roles. Her films span from Amelie which is a romantic comedy, to Dirty Pretty Things, a thriller. A native of France she was a part of numerous French films before becoming a star in her Hollywood debut with Tom Hanks in the film The Da Vinci Code. Fashionistas regard her with admiration due to the way she dresses and consider her a fashionista.
